Gujarat Packaging Industries

We are located at G-2785/86 on Road-i/2. If you find Almighty Agro, we are right across from them in the Lodhika Gidc part of Metoda. Gujarat Packaging Industries is mostly just a big warehouse full of materials. There is always a lot of tape and cardboard lying around. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We started this place because there was a need for it here in the industrial area. It’s not a polished operation with a PR team. It’s just a group of us making sure everything is packed right. The fans are always going because the air gets still inside during the summer heat. We have a small desk for the phone and ledger near the front. It’s usually covered in bits of paper and coffee rings. We work long hours when the season is busy. The trucks line up on the road sometimes, which annoys the neighbors a bit, but we try to be as quick as we can. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Most people find us by word of mouth or by seeing the address on a delivery slip. The lights are a bit dim in the back corner, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a steady rhythm of cutting and folding all day. We drink a lot of chai to keep going in the afternoon. It’s just a normal day at the shop for us.
