P/M Tools & Abrasives

P/M Tools & Abrasives is situated at L-167 in Shastri Nagar. It isn’t a huge warehouse like you see in the industrial zones, but we have enough room for what we do. We mostly deal with various tools and abrasive materials that other shops need to finish their work. It’s a bit of a crowded space because we have a lot of stock piled up on the shelves. You might even have to move a box or two to get through the aisles sometimes. We aren't much for fancy displays. Most people who come here already know what they are looking for anyway. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure we have what folks usually ask for. The light in the back of the shop isn't the best, but we know where everything is by heart. It feels more like a local neighborhood spot than a big company. We talk to the people who stop by, maybe have some tea if there's time. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell people what we have in stock and what it costs. It’s a plain way of doing things, but it works for us and the people who have been coming to us for years. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks.
