Kesar Trading Company

Kesar Trading Company is based out of Village Deshwal. We are in the Merta Tehsil part of the Nagaur district. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower here than in the cities. We are located near the Merta Road. Most of our work involves the local farmers and people from the nearby villages. We deal with whatever goods are in season. Our place is more of a warehouse than an office. We have bags and piles of stuff waiting to be moved. It’s dusty work, especially when the wind picks up in Nagaur. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the trading goes smoothly for everyone involved. We’ve lived in Deshwal for a long time. Everyone knows where our spot is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drive their tractors over. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't do any fancy promotions. The work speaks for itself. If the crops are good, we are busy. If it’s a dry year, things are quieter. We just take it as it comes. It’s a simple operation here on Merta Road. We keep the books by hand mostly and just keep moving forward. The community here is small, so we see the same people every week. It’s nice to have that connection with the land and the local folks. We’re just part of the landscape here.
