Zia Shoes

We are located at #14 Jameelabad 2nd Street. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the number, but once you find us, you’ll see we have plenty of shoes. The shop isn't very big, so we have boxes piled up almost to the ceiling in the back room. It smells like leather and rubber in here, which I guess is what you’d expect from a shoe place. We’ve been here at Zia Shoes for a while, and most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood who need something sturdy for work or school. We don't have those fancy mirrors everywhere or bright spotlights. Just a few benches where you can sit down and try things on. Sometimes the sizes run a bit small or large, so we spend a lot of time helping people find the right fit. The floor is a bit scuffed up from everyone walking around, but that’s fine. We handle all kinds of footwear, and if something needs a quick stitch or a bit of glue, we can usually help out with that too. It’s a simple business. We close up when the sun goes down and the street gets quiet. 2nd Street is mostly families, so it’s a nice place to spend the day. We aren't looking to become some giant chain, we just like selling shoes to people who need them. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be here.
