Xpert Circuit (I) Pvt Ltd is located at 113 in the G.I.D.C area of Dediyasan. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not the prettiest place to look at, but it’s where everything happens for us. The building is a standard industrial unit, and we have been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories about late nights and deadline rushes. We focus on circuits, which means a lot of precision work that can get a bit tiring on the eyes after several hours. The morning routine is pretty much the same every day; someone puts the kettle on and we go over the list of what needs to be finished. Being in the G.I.D.C means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a hum of machinery in the background. It is a bit far from the main city, so we usually bring our lunch or go to the small stalls nearby. The office part of the building is small and cramped because we prioritize the space for the actual work. We have a few old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep the air moving during the hot months. Most of our day involves technical tasks and checking over boards to make sure everything is right. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks at hand. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks.
