Vadilal Ice Cream

Vadilal Ice Cream is our shop located in Banaskantha village. We are right on the Main Road, very close to the Navrangpura Railway Crossing. You can hear the trains going by all day long while we work. We focus on selling Vadilal products because that is what people ask for. The shop is located in a convenient spot for people traveling on the main road. We have been here at this location for a while now. It’s just a simple storefront with the usual freezers you see in ice cream shops. We don't have any air conditioning for the customers, just a few fans to keep the air moving. The village life is slow, but the road stays busy. We get a lot of travelers who stop for a quick break. We start our day by cleaning up and checking the stock. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and keeping things organized. We don't have a big staff, just us and maybe a relative helping out. It gets very hot near the railway crossing in the summer months, so that is our busiest time. We just try to stay open and be there when people are looking for a treat. It's a humble business and we are just trying to get by like everyone else. We don't need much, just enough customers to keep the lights on and the freezers cold.
