Shree Charbhuja Saree Center

We have been running our shop at Ajad Chauk for quite a while now. It is a very busy spot in the Mehsana Satwara area, and most of the people living around here know exactly where we are because the landmark is so familiar. Shree Charbhuja Saree Center is not some big, fancy showroom with bright lights and air conditioning. It is just a regular local shop where we keep our stock of sarees piled on the shelves. My family helps me run the place, so it really is a small operation. We spend most of our day here unfolding fabrics and then trying to fold them back up neatly after a customer has looked at them. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded, especially during the wedding season or when there is a big festival coming up in town. The street outside stays noisy with traffic and people shouting, but we have gotten used to the sound over the years. We try to keep things organized, but on a busy afternoon, it can get a bit messy with boxes and cloth everywhere. We are just part of the Satwara Ajad Chauk community, seeing the same faces walk by every morning. We do not have a website or a big marketing plan. People usually just wander in when they are out doing their shopping in the square. It is a simple life for us here, just opening up the doors and being ready for whoever stops in.
