We’re located over in GIDC Ranasan. It’s a bit of a drive out to Vijapur, but it’s where we have the space we need. Real Hygiene Pvt Ltd is basically a group of local people making sure things are handled right. The facility isn't much to look at from the outside, just a big practical building in the industrial estate. Inside, we keep things pretty organized because we have to. There's a lot of coming and going with delivery trucks every morning. You’ll usually find the floor supervisors walking around with clipboards. We don’t do the whole corporate suit and tie thing. Most of us wear work clothes that can get a bit dusty. It’s a hands-on environment. Sometimes the machinery is a bit loud, so we have to shout over it to be heard. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know the other business owners around here pretty well. We share news about the roads or the power cuts. It’s a community of workers. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what people need for their daily lives. We take pride in just showing up and doing the work without complaining. It’s steady and it keeps us busy. We like the pace of it here. Not too fast, not too slow. Just right for getting things done properly. It is just a normal day at the office for us.
