Manki Industries

Down at Plot No. 225 in Ranasan Gidc, things stay pretty busy for us at Manki Industries. It’s a typical industrial plot where the work never really stops during the daylight hours. We have a solid crew that shows up every day to handle the production lines. The road leading up to our gate isn't the smoothest, especially when it rains, but we make it work. Inside the building, it’s all about the machines. We spend most of our time making sure everything is calibrated and the output is what it should be. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. If there’s a problem, we just stand around the machine and figure out how to fix it right there. It’s more of a hands-on kind of environment. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We get a lot of local vendors dropping by with supplies throughout the week. Sometimes we sit outside for tea when the breeze is decent. The area is full of other factories doing similar work so there is a constant hum in the air. We keep the inventory stacked near the back door for easy loading. It’s a straightforward operation and we like it that way. No one wears suits here. We just wear what’s comfortable for working around grease and metal.
