Not In Job

Visnagar is a quiet place most of the time compared to the big cities. We are located at 8 Raghukul 2 on the Mahesanan Road. It’s a good spot because we are close enough to the main path but tucked away enough that it stays relatively calm. Not In Job is basically a small team of us working out of this space. We don’t have a big corporate ladder or a bunch of managers telling everyone what to do. It’s mostly just us figuring things out day by day. The building itself is pretty sturdy and has been here for a bit. We like being in this part of town because the people are friendly and we know our neighbors. You won’t find any marble lobbies or expensive coffee machines here. We just have a kettle and some basic desks. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. Working in Visnagar feels right for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Gujarat. We just want to stay busy and do things correctly. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and move on. That’s just life. If you walk down Mahesanan Road, you might miss us if you aren't looking, but we are here, working away like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup for a simple way of working, which suits us just fine.
