We are located over at No. 110 in the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation area. It’s a busy spot with a lot of noise from the nearby units and trucks rolling through all day. Most of us here at Khodiyar Developers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. spend our time looking at site plans or talking to vendors on the phone. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the work done. You can see the dust settling on the desks by evening because of all the construction around the GIDC. It’s pretty hot in the summer, so the ceiling fans stay on all the time. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The people working here are mostly locals who know the area well. We deal with a lot of heavy materials and move them around to different project sites. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep going. It’s a standard industrial setup where everyone knows each other. Usually, someone is making tea in the corner or there’s a pile of files waiting to be sorted. We don't really have a lot of visitors, but if someone stops by, they usually find us busy with some blueprint or invoice. It’s just how things are in this part of the city, where work is the main focus every single day.
