We’ve been set up here at Plot No. 3, 4, 5, and 6 in GIDC for a good while now. It’s a lot of ground to cover, especially when the day gets busy. You walk from one end of the plot to the other and by noon you’ve definitely got your steps in. Raj Agro is just a place where things happen. The sheds are big and they get hot when the sun is really beating down on the roof. We don't have fancy air conditioning or anything like that, just big fans and open doors to keep the air moving. Most mornings I’m the one opening the gates. The lock on plot 4 always sticks a little bit, but we’ve learned how to jiggle it just right. The noise of GIDC is something you get used to after a week. There’s always a truck backing up somewhere or a machine humming next door. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks. It’s mostly just desks, old files, and a few chairs that have seen better days. It’s practical, though. Everything has its place, even if it looks a bit messy to someone just walking in from the street. We just focus on what needs to get done before the sun goes down. It’s a simple setup at Raj Agro, and we like it that way. No fuss, just plenty of space to work across these four plots.
