We are Hari Om Ind, and we operate out of Plot No. 140 in the GIDC area. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot like all the others around here. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The building is solid, though the roof leaks a little when the monsoon hits really hard. We just put some buckets out and keep working through it. Inside, it’s mostly just the production area and a small corner for some paperwork and a computer that’s a bit slow. We don't have air conditioning, so we keep the big shutters open to let the breeze in during the day. It gets dusty because of the trucks outside, but that’s just life in GIDC. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a calendar and some old photos of the team. The crew is small, just a handful of us who know how to handle the machinery. We get our raw materials delivered once a week and spend the rest of the time processing them. It's a quiet existence for the most part, except for the noise of the machines. We don’t do much talking while we work. Everyone just knows what needs to get done. If someone stops by, they’ll usually find us in our work clothes. We like it that way. No fuss, just getting the jobs finished so we can go home. That is about it for our little setup.
