Vishnubhai P. Patel

We have been at Plot No. 95/5 in Phase-1 GIDC for quite a while now. It's a busy spot with trucks constantly moving in and out of the narrow lanes. Vishnubhai P. Patel is the name on the door, and most people around here just know us by that. We spend most of our days dealing with whatever work comes through the gate. The workshop isn't fancy at all, but it gets the job done for us. Sometimes it gets really loud with all the heavy machinery running in the neighboring units. My father started things here many years ago, and we just kept it going the same way. We don't really have a big office or a reception area, just a small desk and some old chairs where we sit and talk to folks. It’s mostly just us doing our thing every day from morning until late evening. The weather gets incredibly hot in the summer inside the metal shed, but we are used to it by now. People often drop by without calling first, which is perfectly fine with us. We handle things as they come and don't worry too much about a schedule. There’s always some stuff piled up in the corners that needs moving or sorting. It is a very simple and practical setup. We know all the neighbors and the guy who runs the tea stall around the corner. Not much has changed in this part of the GIDC over the years.
