We are situated at Plot 15 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. It’s a dusty part of town, but that’s where the work happens. We do industrial coatings here. It’s not the cleanest job, but somebody has to do it. You'll see plenty of paint drums and spray equipment around the shop. We mostly work on metal parts that need protection. The smells of chemicals and solvents are pretty strong, so we keep the big doors open for air. We aren't a huge corporation, just a dedicated crew that knows how to handle a spray gun. Dediyasan is a good spot for us because the logistics are easy. We’ve had this shop for a long time. Our floors are usually covered in whatever color we were spraying that morning. It’s honest, gritty work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you'll probably find us on the shop floor with masks on. We focus on getting the thickness of the coating right. If it’s not even, we do it over. That’s just how we were taught. We don’t do a lot of talking, we just get the batches done and out the door. It’s a simple life at Vimal Coating. We stay busy and we stay out of trouble. We just keep painting until the day is done and the racks are full. It's just a local shop doing its part in the industrial estate.
