You can find Synejy Food Agro Process at Plot No. 384 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. We’ve been here for a while now, working with food and agro processing. It’s a busy part of the estate, and there is always the smell of grains or whatever we are working on that day in the air. We aren't a massive operation, just a regular local business trying to do things our way. The building is a bit older, and we’ve had to fix a few things here and there, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the items coming in from the farms. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished lobby. Most days we are just wearing regular clothes and getting our hands dirty with the processing tasks. The industrial estate has a lot of energy, especially in the mornings when the deliveries start arriving. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s names. It feels more like a small community than a cold office. We just focus on the machines and the bags and making sure everything is clean and ready. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here in Dediyasan doing our part in the food chain every day. It keeps us quite busy all year round and we enjoy the work we do.
