Siddhi Industries

Siddhi Industries is tucked away in Nilkanth Indl. Park, right at Plot No. S-15. It’s behind the Dediyasan GIDC area, which can be a little confusing for people who aren’t from around here. We’ve been operating out of this park for a bit now. The space is decent enough for what we do. Every morning we open up the shutters and get things started. It’s mostly just a routine of checking the supplies and making sure the machines are running okay. The other units in the park are doing their own thing, so there’s always a bit of noise and movement around S-15. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over tea. Most of our day is spent focusing on the production side of things. The Nilkanth Industrial Park is a good spot because it’s out of the main traffic but still accessible for the delivery vans. We keep our records in some old filing cabinets and try to stay organized, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. It’s a practical environment. We don’t care much for fancy talk. If you need something made, we just look at the drawings and see if we can do it. It’s just us working hard in Dediyasan every day of the week.
