Rajkamal Industries

We are based at Plot No 84 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. If you have ever been to this estate, you know it is just a lot of similar-looking blocks one after another. Rajkamal Industries is one of the older ones in the row. The sign out front is hand-painted and a bit crooked. We do not have a receptionist or a front desk. If the bell rings at the gate, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. Usually, it is just a delivery driver or someone looking for directions to a different plot. Inside Plot No 84, the ceiling is very high and it gets quite cold in the winter months. We have a few heavy machines that make a lot of noise, so we wear earplugs most of the time. The concrete floor is stained with years of oil and work marks. It is a very practical space with no frills. We have a small area in the corner with a table and a few blue plastic chairs for our tea breaks. Rajkamal Industries is a place where people work with their hands and get a bit dirty. There is not a lot of computer work going on here. We keep the inventory stacked high against the back wall. The Dediyasan Industrial Estate is a busy place during the day with trucks moving through the lanes. We just do our job and keep the machines running every single day.
