We’re based out in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate, taking up several units from 392 to 404. It’s a fairly large space because our plastic molding machines are quite big. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’ve seen the estate change quite a bit over the years. The work is mostly focused on making plastic parts and products for various other industries. It can get pretty hot inside the factory, especially during the peak of summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We have a solid team of operators who know exactly how to handle the molds and the raw materials. Most of our day is spent watching the production lines and making sure everything is coming out the way it should. We aren't the type of place with a big, polished front office. We spend most of our time on the shop floor where the actual work happens. There’s always a bit of plastic scrap to be cleared away and recycled. We know the neighbors around the estate, and we often help each other out with tools or advice. We just focus on meeting our production targets every week. It’s repetitive work but it requires a lot of attention to detail. We just try to do a solid job and keep the machines running without too many breakdowns. It is what it is and we stay busy.
