People Trusteeship Pack

Our warehouse is at Plot No 42 and 43 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to move, which we definitely need. It’s a big open space filled with packing materials and boxes stacked almost to the ceiling. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, just concrete floors and metal rafters. We spend a lot of time walking back and forth between the different sections. Some days it’s really quiet and we just organize things, but other days it’s total chaos with stuff coming and going every hour. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just the number on the gate. The people who work here have been around for a while, so we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get on with it. The estate itself can get pretty crowded, and parking is always a bit of a struggle if you don’t get here early. We have a small area where we keep a kettle for tea, and that’s basically our break room. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the building. We just need it to be functional so we can get the packing done. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around, but we’re used to it by now. Dediyasan is where we’ve settled, and it suits us just fine.
