Nucare Poly Laminates

Our place is 319/B in the GIDC Phase-Ii area. It is a big industrial zone, so there are factories everywhere you look. Nucare Poly Laminates is tucked away in one of the lanes. We have been working with laminates for a while now. The air inside the unit always has that specific smell of plastic and heat. You get used to it after the first hour. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and goes out on time. The machines are old but we take good care of them. When something breaks, we fix it ourselves mostly. The floor is concrete and stays cold even when it's hot outside. We have a small office corner with a computer that sometimes acts up. Most of our day is spent on the floor, checking the sheets and making sure the sizes are right. We eat lunch together in the back area. It is a simple routine. GIDC is a busy place, with trucks coming in and out all day long. It can be a bit chaotic during the shift changes. We just focus on our own unit and get the orders ready. It’s a lot of manual work, but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and work on what is in front of us.
