Nilkanth Trancore

Nilkanth Trancore is based at 286 Dediyasan Industrial Estate. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. Our work involves transformers and cores, which is where the name comes from. The workshop is full of wire, metal, and tools. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We don't have much of a front office, so visitors usually just walk straight into the work area. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The guys working here are good at what they do, even if they don’t say much. We focus on the task at hand and try to get the units finished on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the estate, which slows us down, but we just pick up where we left off. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just let the work speak for itself. Most people find us through word of mouth in the industrial sector. Dediyasan is a busy place, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy throughout the year. We have a small table in the corner where we take our breaks and talk about the news. It’s a tight space, but it’s our space. We try to be honest about our prices.
