We operate out of unit 268 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. Mandav Packaging Pvtltd is essentially a factory floor with a small partitioned area for the office work. The industrial estate is a huge place, and 268 is just one of many similar buildings. You can hear the hum of machinery from the moment you pull into the gate. We deal with a lot of cardboard, tape, and plastic, so there are always stacks of materials piled up against the walls. The air usually smells a bit like paper and glue. It’s a very practical workspace where everyone wears comfortable clothes and doesn't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a while, and we all know our roles. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and a few fans to keep the air moving. When things get busy, the whole place feels like it’s vibrating with the machines running. We take our breaks together in the small shade outside near the entrance. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around all day. We try to keep things organized, but in a packaging plant, there’s always a little bit of clutter somewhere. It’s just the nature of the work we do here in Dediyasan. There is always a truck being loaded or unloaded at the gate, keeping us on our toes.
