We are located over at L/351/1 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. It’s one of those places where you eventually get to know all your neighbors because we’re all doing the same kind of heavy work every day. My father actually started this business back when there were a lot fewer buildings in this area. Now, the estate is completely packed with different industries. Our floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or dust, which is just a normal part of the job for us. We have a couple of older machines that still run much better than the expensive new ones we bought last year. It’s a bit of a maze inside our unit with all the raw materials stacked up against the back walls. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. If someone needs to talk to the person in charge, they just walk into the back office, which is really just a cluttered desk in the corner. We usually eat our lunch together most days near the front entrance to get some fresh air. The road outside our gate gets pretty muddy whenever it rains, but we just manage it. We’ve got a steady routine that works well for us. It’s mostly about getting the orders filled and making sure things are made right. We don't spend any money on fancy brochures or websites. We'd rather just spend it on better tools for the shop floor.
