You can find us at 373 Dediyasan Industrial Estate. This whole area is full of workshops and factories, and we fit right in with the rest of them. We work with different types of industrial equipment and heavy machinery. It’s a lot of iron and steel and heavy parts around here. The floor is made of thick concrete and usually has some oil spots or grease on it. We spend our time fixing things or putting new units together for customers. It’s quite loud because of the heavy tools and the banging we have to do. We wear our overalls and get our hands dirty every single day. There’s no air conditioning in the main work area, so it gets pretty warm in the afternoons during the summer months. We just drink some cold water and keep going until the shift is over. We have a small office for the bills and the phone, but most of us are out on the floor doing the actual work. We aren't really into big advertisements or anything like that. People in the industrial estate know us and they know what we do. We just take one job at a time and try to get through it. Sometimes things break and we have to figure out a way to get them running again. It’s basic mechanical work. We don't have a lot of rules, just do the work and do it right.
