Our place is right on Highway Road in Palavasna. We are just opposite ONGC Nagar. It's a convenient spot for getting the cranes out onto the road quickly. Bhupendra House Crane Service Pvt. Ltd. is the name on the papers, but mostly people just know us as the crane guys near the highway. We’ve been at this location for a good while. The yard isn't huge but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time maintaining the machines because the highway dust gets everywhere. It’s a lot of manual work and late hours sometimes. We handle different types of lifting jobs across the local area. Usually, the phone rings and we have to get moving. Some days are really quiet and we just sit around cleaning the gear or checking the oil. Other days, we’re out before the sun is even up properly. Palavasna has changed quite a bit since we first set up across from ONGC Nagar. There’s more traffic now, which makes moving the big cranes a bit more of a headache, but we manage. We aren’t big on fancy talk or long meetings. We just listen to what needs moving and we go do it. It’s a simple business model. Most of our guys have been with us for years. We know the machines inside out. It's honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't bother with much advertising, just word of mouth mostly. It's enough.
