You'll find Art World down in the basement at B/2 in the Kanku Complex. We are right across from the Welcome Party Plot on Modhera Road. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot afternoons, which is nice. We don't have a huge storefront with big windows, so you really have to be looking for us to find us. Inside, it’s a mix of different things we’ve been working on lately. We do a lot of specialized work that requires a steady hand and some basic tools. The lighting isn't the best, so we have extra lamps all over the benches to see what we are doing. It’s a bit cluttered with materials and half-finished projects, but that’s just how we like it. We’ve been in this basement for a few years now, and we know all the other shop owners in the Kanku Complex. Sometimes people stop by just to chat while they are out running errands. We don't do any big advertising, we just rely on people seeing our work and telling their friends. Modhera Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the cars passing by overhead all day long. It's a modest little place, nothing fancy at all, just a spot where we can focus on the tasks at hand. We try to keep things simple and just do what needs to be done every day without overthinking it much. It works for us.
