We’ve been out here in Mudarada for a good while now. The facility is right on the Dhanali road, just across from the Linch GGS. It gets pretty dusty out this way, especially when the trucks are moving back and forth all day long. Ajita Silchem Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s an industrial spot, nothing fancy to look at, just lots of machinery and people in work gear trying to get things done. We handle a lot of different chemical processes here. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, or a machine decides to act up on a Tuesday morning, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. Most of the guys working here are local, so we all know each other pretty well. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office with glass walls. We’re just a bunch of people in Mehsana making sure the orders go out when they’re supposed to. The road out front can be a bit tricky if you don't know the turns, but once you find us, it's pretty straightforward. We keep the gates open during the day and there's usually someone around to point you in the right direction if you're looking for the loading bay. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something that needs fixing or checking. That's life at the plant. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
