Aarush Heights Phase - 1 Association is managed right here on-site. We are c/o H K Developers at Aarush Heights, which is tucked away behind Sardardhar in Mehsana village. Being part of a housing association means we are always dealing with something. Whether it’s the water tanks, the parking spots, or just making sure the common areas aren't a mess. It’s a lot of everyday stuff that people don’t really notice until it stops working. We have a small office near the entrance. It’s mostly just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. Mehsana is changing fast, and being in the village part of it gives us a different perspective. We aren’t some big corporate management firm. We are the people who actually live and work here. We know the residents by name. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for way too long because everyone has an opinion on the new gate or the lighting. That’s just part of it. We try to keep things fair and make sure the place stays in decent shape. It can be a bit of a headache when something breaks on a Sunday, but we get it sorted eventually. We are just a bunch of people trying to keep our little corner of Aarush Heights running smoothly. It is a thankless job some days, but someone has to do it for the neighbors.
