Firoj Akhtar & Co. is based out in Babla, which is near Meherapur in the Mothabari area. It is a quiet part of the district compared to the big cities. We have our setup here where we handle our business daily. It is not a huge operation, just a few local people working together. Most days start with checking the stock and seeing what needs to be moved. The office is just a simple room with some chairs and a table. We don't use fancy software or have a bunch of managers running around. It is mostly just family and friends from the village area. The roads around Mothabari can be a bit rough after the rains, so we have to plan our transport carefully. We are used to the pace of life here in Babla. We do our work, talk to the neighbors, and keep things simple. There is no need for big speeches about what we do. We just provide what people need and try to do it right. Sometimes we sit outside and have some tea when the work slows down. It is a honest way to spend the day. We have been in this spot for some time now and everyone knows who we are. We don't put on any acts or try to look bigger than we are. It is just Firoj Akhtar & Co. doing our thing every day. We don't have a fancy website or complicated ways of doing things.
