Even though the office is usually a bit chaotic with tea cups and paperwork everywhere, we have a system that works for us. It’s a practical way to live and work. By being honest with people and showing up every day, we’ve built up a lot of relationships over the years. We don't need a lot of praise, as long as the orders are filled and the customers are satisfied. We work with folks from Kolkata to the border areas.
