We have been here at 47-B in Jain Nagar for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the traffic gets a bit much, but we like it here. Zest Surgical (Pvt) Ltd. isn't a massive operation, but we keep busy enough with the surgical equipment side of things. Most days involve checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. The office is tucked away, so if you aren't looking for the number, you might miss it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just organizing boxes. There are a few of us here, and we mostly just try to get through the orders without making too many mistakes. It’s not fancy, but it works for what we do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. Usually, someone is making tea around eleven, and that's when things slow down for a minute. We deal with various medical tools and supplies that hospitals need. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. We aren't trying to do anything crazy, just running the business day by day. Jain Nagar is a good neighborhood for this kind of thing because everyone knows each other. You see the same delivery guys every morning. It feels regular and steady, which is how we like it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some shipping, but that's just how it goes when you’re handling surgical supplies.
