Sometimes the road gets crowded, especially during peak hours, but that is just part of being in this city. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's a bit lived-in, with stacks of folders and coffee mugs around. We find that working this way suits us just fine. It’s quiet enough to concentrate but close enough to the main road to stay connected to everything else.
