Vikas Hospital

Our hospital is located right on Delhi Road, directly opposite the Ashirwad Resort. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you are driving into town. Vikas Hospital has been sitting on this stretch of road for a while now. The traffic on Delhi Road can be quite something, with trucks and buses zooming past at all hours. Because we are near the resort, sometimes we get people stopping by who are just passing through the area. The building is a simple structure with a few floors. We have a small parking area in the front, though it fills up pretty quickly on busy mornings. Inside, the walls are painted a plain off-white, and the floors are that standard grey stone you see in a lot of local buildings. We have a few benches for people to sit on while they wait for their turn. It’s not a silent place; you can always hear the hum of the road and the voices of people in the hallway. Our staff usually brings their own lunch and we sit in the small break area when we have a spare moment. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that hanging on the walls. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and go home at the end of the shift. It's a busy, practical life here on the main road, and we try to keep things moving as best as we can.
