Supriya Beauty Parlour

Supriya Beauty Parlour is on the first floor of a building in Begum Bridge, Meerut. Specifically, we are in the Bhopal Singh Market, which is quite close to the Bhopal Singh Nursing Home. Being on the first floor means it's a bit quieter than the shops right on the street level, which I like. You have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to find us. Once you’re inside, it’s a pretty simple space. We’ve got a few stations for hair and skin work. I started this place because I wanted something of my own. Meerut is a busy city, and Begum Bridge is one of the most crowded parts, so we get a lot of foot traffic. We see all kinds of people, from young students to older ladies who have lived here forever. We do hair styling, facials, and the usual threading. Sometimes the water pressure in the building acts up, but we always have buckets ready just in case. It’s not a luxury experience, it’s just a place to get your beauty chores done. The market outside is always full of people buying clothes and electronics. I spend most of my day here, looking out the window at the traffic when I’m not busy with a customer. It’s a decent way to make a living and I enjoy the routine of it.
