Sundeep Surgical Co. is based at 132, Shanti Nagar, right on Railway Road. Being near the tracks means we hear the trains go by all day, which you just get used to after a while. We keep a stock of surgical instruments and medical supplies here. It’s a clean enough place, but it’s definitely a working warehouse, not a hospital. We have boxes stacked up in the hallways and clipboards hanging by the door. We’ve been supplying local clinics and doctors for quite some time now. We don't have a team of professional writers to make us sound like a multi-billion dollar corporation. We’re just a small outfit making sure that the local medical community has what they need when they need it. Most of our work is just checking orders and making sure the right items go into the right boxes. We talk to our customers on the phone every day, and we know most of them by their first names. If you stop by, you might find us drinking tea or arguing about the best way to organize the new shipment of bandages. It’s a normal, everyday business. We don't make big promises; we just try to get the supplies out the door without any mistakes. It is what we do.
