Our office is situated at Gali No 1 in Ekta Nagar, which is just off Roorkee Road in Meerut Cantt. The business is SNPK Nirman Engineers, and it’s run by the family, starting with Jasveer Rathi and VedVeer Rathi. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors all know the Rathi family name. It’s a busy little street, and sometimes parking can be a real pain if we have a delivery coming in. We don't go in for all that corporate talk or have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of maps of the local area. Meerut Cantt is a good place to be based because it’s central to a lot of the work we do. The 250001 area has seen a lot of changes over the years, and we’ve been here for most of them. Our days usually start early with a lot of tea and a look at the schedule. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly just rely on people seeing our work and telling their friends. It’s a straightforward way of doing business without any of the extra fluff you see in the city. We’re just local engineers trying to get the job done right. If you walk down Gali No 1, you can't miss us, we are usually the ones busy with the blueprints.
