Singhal General Store

If you are looking for us, we are right near the Reliance Tower in the Muzaffarnagar area. Even though the address says Meerut, we are tucked away in a spot that gets a lot of local foot traffic. Singhal General Store is a straightforward place. We don't have fancy glass aisles or uniforms. It’s just us behind the counter and shelves filled with everything from soap to sacks of flour. The tower is a good landmark because otherwise, we might be hard to spot among all the other small businesses. We open up early because that’s when the milk comes in and people want their first supplies of the day. The Muzaffarnagar heat can be tough, so we mostly stay in the shade of the shop. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep the merchandise clean. We deal with the same suppliers we’ve known for years, so we usually know what’s coming in. There is always someone stopping by to ask for directions or just to check the price of something. We don't do any big promotions. We just sell what people need for their kitchens and homes. It’s a simple life, really. Just keeping the inventory right and making sure we don't run out of the things the neighbors use every single day. We keep the shop open until late evening most days.
