Shri Radha Plastic

We are located in the Partapur Industrial Area, specifically at units D-14 and D-15. Shri Radha Plastic is a family-run thing, mostly. We handle plastic manufacturing, which means the machines are running pretty much 24/7. It gets quite loud in the shed, so we use earplugs a lot. We’ve been in Partapur for several years now and seen the area change quite a bit. There’s a lot of other factories around us, which makes it a busy place. We make various plastic items, nothing too complicated, just stuff people use every day. The plastic pellets come in big bags and we feed them into the molders. Sometimes the colors don't come out exactly right on the first try, so we have to adjust the mix. It's a lot of trial and error even after all this time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the machines. We keep our overhead low so we can stay in business. The workshop can get pretty warm, but we've got big shutters that we keep open. We mostly deal with wholesalers who’ve been buying from us since we opened. If you walk past the D block, you’ll probably hear the hum of our generators. It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing the finished crates stacked up feels good at the end of the day. We just take it one order at a time.
