Shri Balaji Telecom & Mobile World is right at Shaheed Satish Chowk on Ambedkar Road. This part of Kanker Khera is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We have been here for a good while, selling mobile phones and helping people with their recharges. It is a busy corner with lots of traffic noise, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do more than just sell new phones; we also look at repairs when a screen breaks or a battery stops holding a charge. It is a small shop, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded with boxes and accessories everywhere. We don't have a team of salesmen in uniforms. It is just us, and we talk to our customers like friends. People come in to ask which phone has the best camera or if a certain model is worth the money. We give them our honest opinion based on what we have seen. If we can’t fix something, we will say so plainly. We also handle those small things like screen guards and covers that everyone needs. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood and stop by on their way home. We keep the shop open until late because that is when people usually have time to come in. It is a straightforward business, and we just try to keep things running for the people in Meerut.
