Most days we’re just here in the office, dealing with paperwork and talking to people who walk in from around the neighborhood. It’s a decent area, though the traffic on Garh Road gets pretty loud during the afternoons. Our team is small, just a few of us who grew up around here and know the streets like the back of our hands. We don’t have any of those fancy glass offices you see in the bigger cities, just a regular space where we get the job done. Sometimes the tea lady from down the street comes by, and we take a break to chat about the local news or how much the weather is changing. People usually come to us when they want to know about building things or land in this part of Meerut. We try to keep things straightforward and honest, because everyone knows everyone else in this colony. It’s not a complicated operation.
