Shan A Karim Chicken Pient

Our shop is out on the Delhi Haridar Byepass Road in Meerut City. Specifically, we are near Bhola Chowk in the Kholri building. The bypass road is always full of trucks and cars going somewhere else. It can be a very noisy and dusty place to work. Shan A Karim Chicken Pient is right there on the edge of the action. We have a basic setup with some seating for people who want to stop their journey for a bit. The kitchen is the main part of the shop and it stays busy. You can see the smoke and smell the cooking from quite a distance away. Meerut is a place where people appreciate a good meal without any fuss. We don't have a fancy dining room or waiters in uniforms. It is just us in our regular clothes serving whoever walks in. Sometimes the traffic on the bypass gets backed up and we see more people than usual. We just take things as they come. The walls are a bit worn and the floor has seen better days, but it is a real place. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. People find us because they are driving by or because they live in the neighborhood. It is a simple life and we are happy to be part of the local community here. We just stay focused on the kitchen and the people coming through the door every day.
