Shahi Tailring Material & General Store is over on Gud Road in Meerut Cantt. We are directly opposite the New Talab Market. Our main thing is selling stuff for tailoring like different colors of thread, buttons, needles, and laces. We also have general store items because it makes sense to have them for the people who live nearby. The shop is quite old and filled with thousands of small items in different boxes. If you are looking for a specific type of button, you might have to wait a bit while we dig through the stock. It’s a busy area and the market across the road brings in a lot of people. We have been here in Meerut for a long time. The building is a bit worn out but it does the job. We don’t have any shiny displays or anything like that. We just put things where we can reach them. Most of our customers are local tailors or women who do sewing at home. They know they can find what they need here. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed when it’s wedding season and everyone wants fancy borders and threads. We just keep working through it. It’s a simple business and we are just regular people trying to provide the materials that our neighbors need for their work and homes.
