People usually find us by word of mouth or because they were already in I-Block. We handle the paperwork for the Nidhi as it comes. It can get a bit cluttered with all the forms, but we know where everything is. The 250004 area is quite lively. We’ve got a fan that makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool in the Uttar Pradesh heat. We don't pretend to be a big corporate bank. We are just a local shop in Shastri Nagar. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but we keep the candles or a torch ready. It’s just the way things are. We do our work, talk to the neighbors, and go home. It’s a simple life for us here at the plaza. No frills needed.
