Sardhana Dairy & Foods Private Limited

Out here in Meerut, specifically in Sardhana, we have our dairy and food business. We’re right opposite the Idgah, so people usually find us without too much trouble. It’s a busy spot. Every morning, the milk arrives and the whole place starts buzzing. We handle everything from the raw milk to getting food products ready. It’s a lot of washing floors and checking containers. My brother and I took over the management recently. We stay busy at Badruddinnagar Nanu. The sun gets hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy work done before noon. It’s not a glamorous job, honestly. You end up smelling like milk most of the day. We have a small crew from the nearby villages who help with the processing. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend the whole evening fixing a cooling unit. We don’t do much advertising. Most people around here just know us by word of mouth. It’s a practical way to make a living. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure nothing goes to waste. The office is just a simple desk with a few ledgers. We like keeping things straightforward and honest without any extra fluff. We hope to keep the place running for many more years as long as the cows keep producing. It's a simple life out here.
