We are based out in Village Laliyana, which is part of Meerut City but has its own feel. Being in a village means things are a bit different than the main city center. Our travel business is a local one, and most of the people who come to us are our neighbors or people from nearby areas. We have our vehicles parked nearby, and the office is just a simple space where we keep our records. It’s often quiet in the mornings before the rush starts. We don't have any corporate office stuff here. It’s just us, some chairs, and a phone. We know the roads around Laliyana like the back of our hands, which helps when we are planning routes. The air is a bit better out here, though the roads can get muddy when it rains. We spend a lot of time just talking to people who stop by to say hello or ask about a trip. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We don't use much technology, mostly just writing things down and making calls. If a car needs a repair, we usually handle it right here or take it to a friend's garage. It’s a community effort in a way.
