If you head out toward the Khadoli Bypass on NH-58 in Meerut, you’ll find where we work. Rawat Textiles Private Limited is located at Khasra Number 581, right near the Saga landmark. Being near the highway means there’s always a bit of dust and the sound of heavy trucks rolling past. It’s a very practical location for a textile business though, because it makes getting goods in and out much easier than if we were tucked away in the middle of the city. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep our stock and manage the accounts. We spend a lot of our time checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It can get quite hot in Meerut during the summer months, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. The team here is small, mostly locals who know the area well. We don't have a corporate office vibe at all. It’s more about the physical work and keeping the business running smoothly day by day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a simple setup, focused on the textiles and the daily grind of the bypass road. We’ve been here long enough that the noise of the NH-58 feels like background music now.
