Rahbar Welfare Foundation

We’ve been over here in Shastri Nagar for a long time now. The house at 13/13 in Sector 13 is where we do all our work. Meerut is a busy, crowded place, and there’s always something that needs fixing or someone who needs a hand. We started the Rahbar Welfare Foundation because we saw a lot of things that weren't quite right and figured we could help out. It’s not a big fancy office with glass doors or anything like that. It is just us working out of the house in Scheme 7. People around here know where to find us if they need help or just want to talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have a big staff or a lot of complicated rules that no one understands. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much and we get behind, but that’s just part of how it goes with this kind of work in Uttar Pradesh. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the sector, right near the main residential blocks. We’ve lived in Meerut for years, so we know the people and the kinds of problems they face every single day. It’s mostly about being there when someone needs some support. We don't make big promises, just do the work. The building is just a regular home, nothing special to look at. If you’re walking past Shastri Nagar, you’ve probably seen us. We’re just local people trying to make things a bit easier for our neighbors. It keeps us busy and gives us a reason to get up.
