Our shop, number 128, is right on PL Sharma Road. If you know where Kamdhenu Dairy is, we’re directly opposite that. It’s a busy road with a lot of noise and people walking by, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We mostly handle small tech repairs and sell some basic accessories that people need in a hurry. You’ll see plenty of cables, chargers, and phone parts lying around the counter. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where the tools are. People stop by on their way to work when a screen cracks or their battery stops holding a charge. We try to get things back to them quickly because nobody likes being without their phone or laptop for long. Sometimes we’re swamped and have a backlog of devices, and other days we’re just waiting for the next person to walk in. We don't use any fancy management systems; we just write the details down and get to work. It’s a simple setup. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, so we usually have a fan going full blast. We aren't some big brand store, just a local shop trying to help people stay connected. It’s honest work and the location is great for catching people as they go about their day. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don't even need to look at the sign anymore. We just keep moving.
