Priya Travels is tucked away in Nirmal Arcade, which is at number 47 on Garh Road. We are a franchise of Make My Trip, but we run things ourselves here in Meerut. Being on Garh Road means it’s easy for people to stop by while they are out running errands. The arcade is a nice enough place, and our office is usually full of travel brochures and the sound of printers. We handle everything from bus tickets to international flights, and it keeps us pretty busy from morning till evening. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help you book your travel. Sometimes the systems are slow or the phone won't stop ringing, but we just take it one customer at a time. The staff here are all from the local area, so we understand the kind of trips people around here like to take. We’ve had this spot in Nirmal Arcade for a while and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners on Garh Road. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have our desks and our computers. People come to us because they want a human to talk to instead of just looking at a screen at home. We try to be helpful and honest about what’s available, and that’s about it for us.
